The boat went in late yesterday................ I am having the garage door replaced tomorrow morning.

Off to the Marina to wrap things up before I launch this week.

Yesterday I spent the day washing and waxing on the boat . Today I will return to continue the waxing process.

Today I worked on the boat

I pulled out a hose for the toilet ........................... not fun but it is out ..................... now if I can get the new one back in.

Grandpa is home alone hopefully it does not turn out like the movie.

I took some time to read something up lifting today. While I read every day today it was for self improvement.

a 14 hour day today

Not much happened other then me doing my what I do at work.

I planed on going to the Marina today and working on the boat but with it supposing to rain this afternoon I might just go to the shop and work on some more tools. As you see from one of my former posts I am making lathe tools. One has been finished and I have three yet to complete.

My new tool cuts well. Including fingers!

Saturday Morning

Today I put the boat back up for sale. Yes I know you all will say gees Grandpa we like boating in at boat. Well it will be OK because you know I will find a nicer one once this one is sold. I think next weekend I will start the process of getting it ready to go into the water. But today I am going out to the shop and see what else I can get done. I need to finish cleaning up the yard too. I miss you all.

Grandpa has a visitor from afar

Robert comes to visit for a couple days and goes to town with Grandpa.

Not much to share today.

I went to work. Bought some wood after work. And went to the marina to check on the boat. I do like daylight saving time as I have more time to get things done after work. It was a little hard waking up this morning thou.

Today I slept in being it was the 1st day of daylight savings time.

Then I went to work in my workshop. I cleaned up a mess that has been growing for awhile. After that i started working on some new tool handles for my wood turning. I started with a large board then cut it into 2" x 2" x 16" long pieces. Then I mounted one on the lathe and began turning it into a handle.

I made some tools for Grandma today.

Today I finished making some tools for grandma's jewelry making. She was surprised when I gave them to her. They were turned on my wood lathe in my shop.
